Shoppe Club makes no guarantee of income. Income potential varies based on individual effort, time commitment, and market conditions. Results are not typical. Most participants earn little to no income. Success requires active participation in sales, network building, and continuous business development.

4. Product Purchases

All product purchases are final. By purchasing products through our platform, you agree to our pricing and shipping policies. Products are subject to availability.

5. Binary Marketing Plan

Participation in our binary marketing plan is voluntary. Commissions and bonuses are calculated based on qualifying PV (Point Value) from personal and downline sales. No guarantee of income is made. The company reserves the right to modify commission structures with 30 days notice.

6. GEM Coin System

GEM Coins are digital currency used within our platform for purchases and rewards. GEM Coins have no cash value outside the platform and are non-refundable. The company reserves the right to modify GEM Coin exchange rates.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Philippines and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shoppe Club regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements.
